Corning Natural Gas: Don’t Fool With My Fuel

Project Tasks:

  • Concepting

  • Branding

  • Brochure

  • Landing Page

Results: In collaboration with Corning Natural Gas, I spearheaded a successful campaign aimed at raising awareness about impending natural gas bans in the state of New York. Branded as 'Don't Fool with My Fuel,' the campaign effectively engaged the public, generating over 300,000 impressions and inspiring more than 250 individuals to send emails to the governor expressing their disapproval of the proposed bans.

Phase One

Branding Strategy | Stylescape | Brand Guidelines

The initial phase of this project involved collaborating with Corning to define the campaign's tone of voice. Despite budget constraints, I opted for a focused approach, presenting a single stylescape and concise one-page brand guidelines. Corning's enthusiastic response affirmed the success of this strategy, as they found the branding resonated perfectly with their energy and sentiments against the natural gas bans.

Phase Two

Branded Brochure | Landing Page Design

Corning identified the need for a branded brochure as they intended to distribute it at natural gas conferences they were attending. To enhance engagement and facilitate action, a QR code was strategically incorporated, directing readers to a dedicated landing page. This page enabled residents to send automated emails expressing their disapproval of the natural gas bans to the governor.
